How returns, exchanges and refunds work at Treva.

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and a photo. We send the right bottle, or refund you in full, delivery included.
You can return a bottle within 14 days of delivery if it is unopened, with its seal and box as they came. We refund the price of the scent. Sending it back is at your cost.
Perfume is worn on skin, so we cannot take back a bottle once it has been opened or sprayed, unless it is faulty.
Once the bottle reaches us and we have checked it, we refund the card you paid with. Your bank may take 5 to 10 working days to show it.
